- Jacaranda Carpets produce luxury hand woven floor coverings and required a bespoke modern warehouse to meet the needs of their rapidly growing business
- Hampton Brook worked in partnership with Jacaranda to provide a freehold bespoke manufacturing and distribution facility of 21,500 sq ft, which also incorporated their UK office headquarters and showroom. As part of the development, Hampton Brook also obtained planning permission on behalf of Jacaranda on further expansion land in order to future proof their business
- Across the wider Magnetic Park, Business Park, Hampton Brook have developed 600,000 sq ft across 56 acres in six buildings
