- Hampton Brook were in discussions with Reiser to assist them in finding a relocation site for their business
- The site was purchased by Hampton Brook and 30,000 sq ft bespoke Freehold facility was developed on Reiser’s behalf
- Reiser, an American owned company and a leading supplier of food processing and packaging equipment, wished to expand from their current premises in Milton Keynes but keep Milton Keynes as the location for their Head Quarters
- Hampton Brook worked with Reiser to design a bespoke building that enabled the company to support the continuing growth of its businesses and fulfil its ongoing commitment of providing its food processing and packaging customers with the highest quality equipment, service, support and training
- As part of the build process, Hampton Brook undertook a complex fit-out package to include machine testing and customer demonstration areas, which was a key driver behind Reiser’s reasons for relocation
