Hampton Brook developed the new UK and European HQ and distribution facility for Trek Cycles
The building, which extended to 86,000 sq ft was designed to balance both institutional funding and occupational requirements and achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. This included their bespoke ﬁt out, including additional offices, shower facilities and showroom in a highly energy efficient building
Pre-let the whole building on institutional terms to Trek Cycles and forward sold the investment to BAE Pension Scheme on completion of the development
