Hampton Brook delivered a new food store for Aldi, located on Gipsy Lane, Luton, opposite Luton Retail Park. 

The Site was a former overspill car park surplus to Venue 360's requirements and Hampton Brook successfully achieved planning for a 12,275 sq ft new food store. 

Hampton Brook handed over the shell build to Aldi in July 2022 and the store was officially opened to the public in October 2022.
