Graham has over 40 years of property development experience. He founded Hampton Brook in 1996 and brings an invaluable overview of all aspects of development from acquiring strategic land through to the identification of new business opportunities.

Prior to founding Hampton Brook Graham was a regional director at LSH focusing on the East Midlands for fifteen years.

Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience and joined Hampton Brook in 2003.

He has delivered a number of high profile schemes including the development of offices, warehouses and complex bespoke buildings for occupiers.  

Ian’s role includes responsibility for securing strategic development sites, working with occupiers on a build to suit basis throughout the region, and working closely with joint venture and funding partners.  Ian is a Director of the Central Milton Keynes BID, an Ambassador for SEMLEP and is a Trustee of the MK Parks Trust.

Ben is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 20 years property experience.  He joined Hampton Brook in April 2022 having worked as a commercial broker in the United States, before moving into the corporate occupier sector with two Global Fortune 350 Companies.  Ben returned to the UK in 2015 where he managed a UK wide Property Portfolio for The Parks Trust, creating significant value throughout developments and active management.

Colin is a Technical Director at Hampton Brook and his detailed approach supports the Development team in the delivery of the Civil Engineering aspects from the initial site feasibility stage to liaising and managing the LA Highways and Planning teams through the Planning process.

Colin joined Hampton Brook in 2006 and has 40 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering sector working for local authorities and engineering consultants.

Prior to joining Hampton Brook he was associate director at BCAL Consulting.

Clemmie is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience in the commercial property market. She previously worked at Savills providing leasing, letting and investment advice to institutional investors and occupiers before joining Hampton Brook in 2016.

At Hampton Brook, Clemmie’s role includes identifying commercial sites and development opportunities across the East Midlands and she is responsible for letting and marketing of  our development programme and working closely with owner occupiers and funds.

Mike is a Chartered Accountant responsible for group finances, including financial reports and cash flow. Mike joined Hampton Brook in 2015 and has over 40 years’ experience in advising on financial matters.

Jenny has been the Company Accountant, and Office Manager, at Hampton Brook for 19 years and is also responsible for the accounts of several related companies, including the investment companies.
