Hampton Brook has achieved practical completion on its 39,000 sq ft industrial/ business unit in Towcester, South Northants.

Called Axess Towcester, the development is situated on Tove Valley Business Park at the junction of the A5 and A43. The standalone Grade A unit of 39,000 sq ft is self-contained and on a secure site. The building is available on both a leasehold and a freehold basis.

Axess Towcester benefits from excellent access to Towcester town centre, as well as the A43 and A5, providing access to the M1 and M40 motorways. Nearby occupiers include Porsche, Abaco, Screwfix, B&M, Tesco and Aldi.

The development has achieved an EPC A Rating and BREEAM Very Good and benefits from vehicle charging points and PV panels.

In addition, the units are constructed from high-performance insulated cladding to ensure a low permeability design and 10 per cent roof lights to reduce CO2 emissions and occupational energy costs.

Hampton Brook Director, Ian Jackson, said: “We are delighted to have achieved Practical Completion on this unit. Hampton Brook uses environmentally friendly technology across all their developments. Axess Towcester benefits from a 30% reduction in C02 emissions over the 2013 Building Regulations, ensuring a reduction in costs to the occupier.”

“The region has a shortage of supply of mid box Grade A industrial and warehouse accommodation, Axess Towcester will be welcomed by occupiers who wish to expand to in to modern and efficient premises”.

“The scheme’s strategic location near the junction of the A5 and A43 at Towcester’s most prominent employment area means occupiers are within close proximity to Towcester, Silverstone and the surrounding regions via the motorway network.
