- Hampton Brook worked with the Directors of Dunkelman to provide a freehold bespoke manufacturing and distribution facility, which also incorporated their office head quarters
- Working in partnership with Dunkelman, Hampton Brook delivered a 40,000 sq ft building for them at Magnetic Park, Desborough
- Across the wider Magnetic Park Business Park, Hampton Brook have developed 600,000 sq ft across 56 acres in six buildings
